For ease of use, the FAQ has been divided into multiple sections:

Note that while many FAQs are set up as a place to ask questions, this is more a place to answer them. In other words, editing one of these pages and asking "How do I get OpenNMS to do x" will probably be ignored. The best place to ask questions is on the public mailing lists.

If you do get an answer to a question that puzzled you, please contribute it back to the community by editing one of the FAQ pages.
